Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $49 to the contiguous U.S. Read our Shipping Policy here.

Do we charge sales tax?
NO SALES TAX for customers outside the State of California.
For residents of California or if the package is to be shipped anywhere in California, the Sales Tax charge is 9% added to the value of the item/s.

What’s your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a product you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it in the condition received. For more information visit our

Is there a difference between the way the products look on the website and in real life?
We strive to provide you with the best quality pictures so you can imagine how the product will look in your home. However, due to differences in the colors and resolution of your monitor, the pictures might look slightly different on each devise. We assure you that when you receive our product, it will be of excellent quality and might even look better than expected.

Do you sell the decanters and bottles with liquid/alcohol inside?
Be aware that some of the images on our website show decanters, bottles, and/or glasses with liquid content inside. We do not sell the content of the products. All our product are sold empty. We do not distribute alcohol, beverages or any drinks or food with our glassware and crystalware. These items were used only during the process of taking the images so you can get a better idea of the appearance of our products.

Are all pieces of crystal exactly the same?
Each product is unique and masterfully crafted. It is possible to have slight variations in the height, shape, and/or cut of the product. Such variations are almost invisible and prove that each piece is unique.

Is a bubble or a seed in a crystal piece seen as a flaw?
In the process of melting or fusing the crystal, small bubbles might form by gases. But such bubbles are considered normal results of handcrafting and do not affect the quality of the piece. They are not considered a flaw.

Does a line or "cord" constitute a flaw?
Tiny alterations such a line or "cord" are very delicate and almost invisible in normal settings. They occur when there is a slight difference in the density of the crystal and appear in the process of fusing or molting of the raw material. They are seen as a flaw but rather as a proof of the uniqueness of the pieces. 

Are crystal and glass products sustainable?
Yes, our crystal and glass products are 100% reusable, refillable, and recyclable. We strongly encourage all our customers to recycle their crystal and glass products, once they can no longer be used (they've been damaged or broken).
